This week the formworker was there to start putting up the formwork for the ground floor ceiling. There are now these really thick, impressive-looking, steel posts holding up the ceiling.

And the house has turned into a cave

1. Photo: Staircase (now it's got the outline of a staircase in it ).
2. Photo: Standing in the front entrance: To the left is the door into the study, then the staircase. To the right is the shopper's entrance, then doorway to cupboard area. Straight ahead the doorway to the living room.
3. Photo: Looking in from the front. On the right is the study. On the left is Bed 2. Looking at the floors, you can see we've had quite a bit of rain last week

It looks great! Shame about the amount of rain you've had, has it put the build back at all?

Directly next to where your former sales consultant Greg is building his new house (we've had this conversation a few weeks ago ... but I forgive you )

Only three days - which I don't think is a problem.

Thats not too bad, our builder does allow for so many rainy days so I presume your builder will have in his calculations.

Pah! All these people with "Oz" in the name and you expect me to remember!

Thought it must be somewhere round there as that's where the sea view land is.

I too love reading these threads, except you're all making me realise how many things we didn't think about!
