Shows how much notice I took
but think it's concrete. The building report mentioned white spots starting to appear,not good news and something to do with the chlorine I think.
So hense the need to fix-it up.

Ours included removal of soil within 5k of our home but we had to find someone who needed clean fill soil ourselves usally if there are new developments being made near you they will take it we were lucky that our local dump took it for free but they usally charge , 12k seems abit extreme maybe because yours is a bigger job it will be less .....

They are solar sun rings......

I would recommend solar heating for your pool. We had it put in when ours was build, you can use the pool a bit more each season without getting cold

Anyway we're definately interested in a pool and yours looks gorgeous, is there any chance you could post or even PM me all the costs broken down into sections as i'd probably get it dug-out myself through a contractor at work etc.

we havent had them that long so are still experimenting, our friends who have pools cant get them above 20 degrees just now, ours is usually 24 degrees, even went up to 26 the other day........kids and hubby have been in swimming.....I just sit at the side with me glass(plastic) of vino
