Oh dear...here we go again

....because you don't get a lot of traffic in Bayside then we obviously don't get it in the city.....talk about smoke and mirrors

The fact that I always had the BrisbaneBaysideBrits forum in my signature, for a long time, never gave it away ??

Observancy not your strong point ?

And my signature does not have the distance in it, the location at the side does. My signature just shows my websites.

And.... I have never said I am "an expert on all things Brisbane", you have assumed that for yourself, based on my postings of ??? Statistics, prices of food, travel times from Bayside to the City. ?

You are being very creative....

Oh dear...here we go again, can't stop with the rolling eyes can you

Where have I said that there isn't much traffic in the City ? Are you making things up again ?

What I have said is what the travelling times are like from Bayside to the City, and these have been confirmed by others who also do that trip.

When exactly ? I appear to have also been specific about where I am, for a long time.

The property prices in an area can generally help in giving a guide to what an area is like. If it is a good area and cheap, then properties will become popular and then expensive

The Train line stops at Cleveland, 28kms out, on the route out my way. The cheapest shown in Cleveland is $337,000 here
4 bedrooms with ensuite and large covered outdoor entertaining area and above ground swimming pool.

I am biased towards the East, as I like this general area, and it's often cooler than in the West.

I've been telling people on here that I live 36 km out from the centre of Brisbane for many years, and it has been in my location for quite some time.
I have asked you when you think it changed, but you are refusing to answer.... why ?

You also try to give people the impression that I have said there isn't much traffic in the City, when you know full well that I have not said that.
And you accuse me of smoke and mirrors

Prove to everyone where I have said that Brisbane City has the same amount of traffic as Brisbane Bayside..........

How about this one, talking about City traffic...

You continue to peddle your Pro Australian bullshit and dubious stats and I will continue to challenge it.

We have an understanding it seems

How about answering the questions or retract what you have said.

The only understanding that I have of you, is that you like to throw words about but don't like to back them up... to people like that.

I am often able to respect people that I disagree with, as long as they are honest, and have genuine arguments, but I have no respect for a person who tries to throw mud but refuses to back it up, and acts like a child.
That may not be you, but I am waiting to see....

As you also like the word bullshit, I will assume that everything that comes from you is also, as you say, bullshit.

As far as the 'dubious' stats go, using your words, the vast majority are from both the UK Statistics office or the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

It is obvious that you don't like them, but if I was in your shoes, I would try to disprove them, I would never just say they are dubious or bullshit purely because I couldn't find a genuine reason to disagree with them. But some people do resort to that. It takes all kinds to fill this world.

Pro Australian bullshit ? I know you don't like Australia, but one day you will have to accept the fact that many people do.

There are two ways to give your opinions..

1: Common sense and with politeness, and get listened to.
2: Shitty bullshit and all your other childish words, and get the reaction that you no doubt expect, but with little respect from those who prefer Common sense and politeness.

I didn't realise you were that rattled
