does anyone know how long it is currently taking to get it sorted out.Doing it on behalf of my dad who lives in the carribean. They sent 3 letters to him went over this year. Rang them when i got back, just want a timeline as they have not sent a form requesting bank details as yet.

Your post makes no sense in relation to the Australia forum, which is where you have posted it.
