does anyone know how long it is currently taking to get it sorted out.Doing it on behalf of my dad who lives in the carribean. They sent 3 letters to him went over this year. Rang them when i got back, just want a timeline as they have not sent a form requesting bank details as yet.

Your post makes no sense in relation to the Australia forum, which is where you have posted it.
Can you please either explain it in more detail, or tell us which country it actually does relate to?
