Hi I'm Ben I'm 15 and I cant wait to go!!!

I'm movin 2 oz in august/september time with my mum, dad, brother and sister. We are probably goin to Brisbane - the weather seems gr8 there.
I went to oz for 3 months a couple of years ago and it was the best place i've ever been.

My favourite place was Perth but it's a bit isolated and we dont know any1 there. I've got Relatives in Melbourne but it's too cold there(gets into single figures in the winter, lol), We've got friends in Adelaide (who used to live near us) but there wasn't a lot to do there, Sydney was good but it was very busy so we have gotta go to Brissy the weather is amazin we know people who are there already and theres loads goin on there.

The only things I'll miss about England is the Football and my friends. I'm a season ticket holder of Stoke City and I wont be able to see them at all when I go to oz (THEY'LL AV TO GET INTO THE PREMIERSHIP THEN I'LL BE ABLE SEE EM ON TV!!!)

1 thing I wont miss is school, I'll miss my GCSEs so school is just a laf at the moment (doesnt matter if i do rubbish in my mocs in a few weeks!!). Whats school like in Oz? is there many exams? and are the teachers strict?

Do they av American sport on TV in Oz like NFL?

p.s Townsville is in North Queensland just south of Cairns (theres an excellent wildlife park near there called Billabong)

hiya, when did you put your visa in. thanks for answering my question. i have my mocks in a couple of weeks but there's a chance we won't get in so i have to try a bit. . where abouts in brisbane are you going? if we get in then we will go to manly in Brisbane cause we have a house out there. what year are you in? are you going to school out there? danie xx

Beacuase we applied for a skilled visa (my dad is a builder) we applied about a year ago and got the final thing at the end of january. but my dad is building a house so he needs to finish it then we will sell it and go (in September). Its a bit complicated, I know.

I'm in year 10 at school and we dont know where in brissy we are goin. Somewhere up that coast though

Yeh, me em/Emily. I'm 11 yrs 12 in Oct.
I'm off school today had a migraine yesterday:headache and been sick
I've been to Oz before, about 4 times! My mum is Australian and we're going about May 8th to Melbourne-Mount Eliza.
We've already sorted out my dad's visa and me and my sis-tan have got our aussie passports!
Me, mum, dad and my sister Hannah are going to rent a house when we get there, sort out the schools, buy things we might need for a little while, in the first week. for the next 2 weeks we will go to Sydney to hire a campervan then work our way up to brissie and Fraser Island to the Great Barrier Reef, hopefully we will see some baby turtles hatching!!!!
Mum and dad insist I get over my fear of Sharks and Spiders :scared: so we can go 2 Queensland. Even though my mum said that Melbourne have REALLY big spiders but not Tarantulas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not at work either was at work all night and am supposed to be sleeping but cant!!

Like the sound of your plans we want to travel round and lookk at some of the things you mention. I really am not looking forward to the spiders I am told they are big!!

I think sharks are very scary too!

Just thought i would say your so lucky to be goin in may i have to wait till august/septembr. I also want to see baby turtles hatching because i have seen them on tv and they are so cute. As well i want to go to the great barrier reef and go snorklin even though i have been once but it was really rough so i want to go when it is calm. I also want to swim with the dolphins out there.
