It was founded in Brisbane so the current vacancies are roughly split as follows:
- 100 in Brisbane (software development headquarters)
- 26 in Melbourne
- 3 in Perth
- 9 in Sydney
- 4 in Canberra
- 2 in Auckland
- 1 in Wellington
- 4 in Adelaide

Not suggesting it doesn't happen but our teams have quite a few South Africans, British, Indians etc. I've never heard anyone bring nationality into the discussion, it was all about skills. The only discussions you might be able to relate to nationality is whether the person has the appropriate communication skills and is committed to staying (had a few trained up and then they've gone back to the uk which is costly).
In fact everywhere I have worked in Australia has had a mix of nationalities.

I've never found any problem in getting a job in brisbane, sunshine coast is horrendous though. But even in Brisbane i dont think all job types are 2 a penny - trades for instance were very hard to get but that has changed a lot recently.
