I'll add my congratulations to the list, WBB and say at least that is another thing I can stop worrying about!!
If you fancy a trip to NZ at any time, the garage will have been cleared for Jack's clan so it would be no problem to have you to say.
Only $50 a night - bargain!!
I bet the valleys resounded with the sound of jubilation when you opened that envelope!
