My answer is still accepted offer but I'm not sure whether the offer is from a different buyer or not since we're now on buyer numbers 3 and 4.

Hi Everyone,
I don't post on here much these days but here goes, we had our house up for sale for 10 months, had only 3 viewers in that time, no offers, so we are now going to rent it out, had more people round in just a few weeks than 10 months. We haven't got a definite tenant yet but are keeping our fingers crossed, should hear tomorrow. Whatever the outcome we're going to Victoria in 2 weeks. :scared: Renting isn't an option for everyone but maybe for some.

7 of those not in a position to put in an offer as they haven't sold their own house.
No offers
One woman said she loved it and would be putting in an offer. We got the feedback 3 days later and she said it wasn't what she was looking for.

Well - our viewers came round last night for their second viewing. They must have given the place a hell of a going over 'cos they were here almost an hour!
Looking at another couple over the weekend so should know early next week if they want this one (and more importantly for how much less than I want to sell it for!).

im not this time mate because they are also looking at the house next-door-but-one which has just come on this week. it is ten grand cheaper than ours but it needs work and brining into this century so i will leave it to the agent to get a reaction between the two houses. See:
