Yeh - took me 2 years to sell mine. Had a few offers but then none of them could get a mortgage. Ended up losing all my equity in the end. But hey ho - the sun is shining when I wake up here and its only money, right?

I was 39 when we applied, and 40 when we moved. My husband was 57.....

i was 28 when we put the forms in and 29 when we move next Monday to sydney
