How old were you when you emigrated/applied for Visa?
After a quick search I couldn't find anything on this, but was just wondering how old people were when they emigrated to Oz?
I'm 25 and just starting on the process (ACS application submitted a few weeks ago).

29 - probably a good time to make the move but I should have moved on again before I hit 40 instead of stagnating here.

Applied when I was 31, moved at 32! (I'm now 33 lol)

44 when we applied, 45 when we moved across, we like to cut things fine!! But our sons were 18, 16 and 12 at the time. They all love it here!! They are now, 23, 21 and 17.

We applied for visas in 2003 (from memory!), so I would have been 26 and DH 27. Made the move in 2005 when I was 28 and DH was 29.

Anyway, I was 42 and hubster was 38. Moved when we were 43 & 39. We've now been here -15 years.

Moved back to the UK when I was 27 then came back to Aus on a Spouse Visa when I was 29.
