I left the UK as i believed something was missing in life, I couldn't believe that this is it, that my whole life was to be spent there sitting in the claustrophobic rat race. Being here is like a breath of fresh air, I feel alive and even though work is identical to the UK, I travel to and from work with a smile. I realise at some point I will receive a phone call to say that someone close is critically ill or has died, but whether I'm there or here it's not going to change their outcome, it's about living the life that I want and not that to suite a parent, sibling or a friend. Money can make life easier but it doesn't necessarily make you happy.
