My dentist in the south east does it. Had half hour of toe curling scratching and scaping a few weeks ago.

My uncle has the worse halitosis in the world. He always has had. No one else's breath could ever come close. He's English, living in England. Nuff said.

Our practice has a hygienist. They send the teens to her and but the bill has exactly the same service numbers and prices as adults with a qualified dentist.
