I consider myself very lucky to have gotten it so fast.
There may be two reasons for this:
1. I filled out everything on my computer (no handwriting, just the signatures).
2. We are a simple case ("young", no children, no other complications).

17.05.2006 - Meds requested
26.05.2006 - Meds done, send about a week later
20.06.2006 - Visa grant email
