Oh yeahhhhh....(we got it!)
Hooray at last...our 138 has only taken 16 months from skills to grant! Heard from agent at 12.30 today.(actually the last bit has seemed quite quick). A bit squiffy, been on the Jacobs Creek fizz, but very excited, disbelief, blah, blah, blah! Just the bleedin' house to sell now.
Oh and thanks to everyone who posts, the good, bad and the ugly! It is all very useful stuff, so Thank you.
