Newbies here in Brisbane and feeling a bit shellshocked!! Could you include us (Terry, myself, Freddie 6 and Georgia 5) in the fun?
Hoping for a bit of guidance in getting our heads around the whole move and hope what we have done so far is OK. Also, a few
wouldn't go a miss.
Look forward to seeing everyone.

Decided to post this again. its a long thread and its a bit long for people to read the whole thread.
Thought it was about time to have a meet.
its the hight of winter too
Saturday the 14th of July at Broadbeach.
in Pratten park. just at the bottom of Elizabeth Ave.
if your facing the water, its to the right of the surf club.
theres a couple of BBQs and a few seats, but it would be a lot better if people brought their own chairs.
hope these photos help!
we had one about the same time last year at the same place, so i thought it might be good to return.

We're old hands at in but some of the newbies might not know the score.
There will be a barbie there if you want to bring some meat to cook, or sausages whatever, you just throw it on when it is free, or just bring sandwiches etc, you can even pop over to Mcdonalds if you feel like it
Havent been to one of Soapy's do's before, but as he says , it is what you make it, so dont be shy, introduce yourself, we are all friendly people by the sounds of it We sometimes pack one of those card tables as well, but you dont really need one.
