that is cheap as chips mate - i thought melbourne property was expensive???!!!
i cant wait to have a BIG garden - thats the bloody problem with torquay houses are so bloody expensive and you are lucky to have more than a back yard never mind a garage or parking space. we are all piled on top of each other - its the pits

It's under offer. That's about 50 minutes/40km from the CBD but as you can see you get a lot of house there for your money and if we can have something like that mortgage free it's got to make the transition easier.
That particular one is also 20 minutes from the beach but is surrounded by rural land
