"Whether you think you can or think you can't you are right" is different from "I can affect the multibillion dollar process that is Forex", but you can control how you respond and choose your attitude, which you absolutely have had to do this year. How goes the plan?
I had this mad spreadsheet that showed what we would make if forex went as high as $2.80, but settled for rather less than that after doing the research about the maximum highs over the last ten years. Bank of Canada have a very good spreadsheet that shows highs and lows for up to ten years of trading.

Planning a late April departure at present - lots to do!!!
I am concerned about the £££ though as I'll be earning all my income from the UK for many years (barring exceptionally bad luck!!) but oh well, we're not making the move to be supercapitalists!!We're moving ot Oz to be super-lifestylists!!!
I guess once we get over the major expenses of moving and buying a new'ish car we'll just bring our money over in chunks when the Xrate is on the up...

All is well!! On track for June 2009, first part of forex in place, finance sorted, got to get house shipshape for renting, usual medical stuff before we depart, bin job, get a new one!!

Wish I'd bought some at 2.25 now - would be sell, sell sell today

I set my UKForex up to buy when 2.45 but thought not buying at that as want that 2.6 again, then it went down to 2.35 and still didn't buy..........the rest is now history! - what a wally!

Hi i am new to this site and was reading this thread and wondering how you can send money to ozforex from a bank account whilst living in an other country. My bank have told me if i transfer money from my account i will need to go into the branch in person. This could prove a little difficult whilst living in another country.
