I belive zebra taste like beef, it has a slighly gamey flavour, its best served with a rich sauce and red wine, a bordeux would be fine.

Who has had horsemeat?
Not had horse, but told it tastes like tough beef. Rabbit was horrid (cos I kept thinking of Watership Down!). pheasant was a bit greasy.

Had croc - tastes like chicken

Wonder what Lion tastes like.......

I once ran a rabbit over near Stansted airport when I was working there building the passenger terminal (single-handed ). My mate screamed at me to turn the car around and go pick it up so I did. Then he skinned it and we had it for sunday lunch. Tasty

Thats tooooo deep for this time of night on a weeknight, and The Bloke has just asked why I'm not in bed yet and didn't seem impressed when I said I was discussing the taste of zebra. Apparently being awake for work tomorrow is more important :scared:
