Coffs is really a great place, the locals are as you say, very friendly. It's such a refreshing change from the big cities and the gloom and doom of the UK! I do miss my family and friends back home but that's all. The climate here is supposed to be the best in the country - well, that was before we started being declared a natural disaster area with monotonous regularity but it's still fantastic. The rain just makes us appreciate the sun more when it does come out

Would love to. Was in Coffs about 12 years ago & loved the place. Probably changed a lot since then right enough. Job opportunity wise(I'm an a/c engineer) I think it will probably be Brisbane, but If a position arose at Coffs airport we would jump at it
