yes we brought ours as it wasn't that old and it's still going strong 18 months later.

Yes, we took our american ff. One of the shelves shattered into a gazillion pieces when I went to wash it but other than that, it made it fine.
It did breakdown though and 2 guys came out to fix. One aussie and one guy from Manchester. The Aussie said it was knackered and couldn't be fixed so when he went to the van to pack up the Manchester guy gave me his number. He came back with a small part from LG (our FF was Electrolux) and hey presto it works again!

Yes or No is great thanks, been researching on BE and some people saying don't bring them because they will pack in with the heat compared to UK!

If yours has melted in the hot aussie temps please give a
