If he is in Sydney on the night of the 9th and not returning on the Wednesday then you don't include him.

I once filled out my census form on a boat in the middle of Bass Strait. Good times!

OK FWiW at this late stage in this thread I'm one of the poor bastards who comes knocking at your door delivering and collecting the forms for $2 per hour or whatever we get.

I don't decide what the content of the form is.
I don't know the wording of the privacy act.
If you don't wish to complete the census just tell me, I'll put you down as a refusal and then I don't have to visit you again. What happens after you refuse is nothing to do with me and I don't care.
If you can, please complete it online. Then I never have to see your miserable unsmiling face ever again.
If you're elderly and you live alone please note I do not wish to stand on your doorstep for 40 minutes discussing how this is the first census you've done since your poor Harold died and your own kids just ignore you and won't help and the neighbours aren't friendly and aren't things expensive nowadays and you don't understand computers and and and and and and......

So, what day do you actually collect the forms? Out of interest and because I can't be bothered reading the blurb.

Between 10th August and 28th August. If you're not doing the internet form (and I can't see why you're not as you're clearly on the internet) then please try to remain in your house 24/7 until your form is collected. Thank you.

I've done mine on the internet. The same as the last one. Haven't even looked at the paper one.

I didn't realise the collectors were recruited with a gun to their heads. If the gig is that bad, perhaps you should not have bothered.

I did the paper one. Do you think I should scrap that and do the online one instead then. Because I am not in very often and was wondering how they ever going to pick this one up.
