Carnt believe the BBC wasted money taking those lot to Oz...money would have been better spent giving them some Marriage guidance!! I think that seems a classic case of a couple trying to run away from their problems...although theyve a nasty habit of hiding in your suitcases and going with you!! poor poor guy and kids she was awful!

OMG !!!.everything so expensive ....i was under the impression it would be about that £1500 tops per dog......i got some serious thinking to do........4 of the animals are old two cats are14 one very ill with cat flu ,and one dog is old at 12 got a bad heart murmer........second dog going mad (dalmation) at10 years old....i think i will wait for them to go first before moving to oz ,i am never going to rehome them at their ages and ilnesses......

the others are a young british bulldog.(small size)....2yrs.....i would take her but only japanese airlines would take her no other airline takes snub nose dogs!!!...i will rehome the two younger cats with my dads friend a cat mad person!!!!....

but even 1 dog is a killer of a price hey !!!.....i cannot sell my home for 5 years if i move then i think everything would be easier.

It's starting to become clearer! I knew there had to be another reason for I, who is never wrong, to make a mistake.

Bunbury is about a two hour drive from Perth CBD, Dallyellup is just south of Bunbury, about another 10 mins or so added on to the Perth journey.

It will be quicker once they finish the Peel deviation (basically it will by-pass Mandurah and the hundreds of traffic lights there) but that wont be finished until about 2009 or something....

So basically, in a nutshell, Bunbury isnt a suburb of Perth, it's a city in its own right

The prospect of that sort of drive is out of the question, even for a commuter going into Edinburgh every day. I will try and stick a bit closer methinks!

Cheers for that!
