Let me start the ball rolling and say Saturday 26th at the Farm House @ 2pm. Most places will be booked up on Easter Sunday.

If this becomes the venue, then i will post dirctions for those that dont know Portsmouth. Its very easy to find off the A27.
Any more of you Guys coming along?
Tis only a week away, so we need to know! Alternatively we could make another date?

Hi Everyone. There are 2 threads running on this same subject. Have just posted on the other one for the meeting over the Easter Hols.

Hope you can all make it.

26th it is then. Originally we set out to go to the FarmHouse pub on the eastern Road Portsmouth, as this was central to the majority of people using these threads. Also has a good Childrens facility. lets still go ahead with this venue. 12:30 . The Farmhouse pub is part of the Inn Lodge Hotel.

Address: Burrfields Rd, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO3 5HH
Directions: Take A2030 (Eastern Road) towards Southsea and Portsmouth, turn right at third set of lights along A2030 dual carriageway.

My wife Sasha and I look forward to meeting you all . Kids will not be with us, as Grandparents have kindly agreed to take them for the weekend.

Hi there

Would really loved to have come, but we are off to South africa to see family over the easter holidays, but would love to come for the next one. We are so excited about going to Oz, everytime something irritates us, we just say 'this time next year....'

Have a good meet guys and will meet up with you at the next one.

We would love to hear from you and also any tips on the process.

Its taken us 6 months just to go the relevant paperwork together for doing the TRA, does it get any easier
We are in Godalming, Surrey actually. But near enough.
We put in the forms 2 years ago, then took 9 months off whilst my wife was pregnant,

In November we got in, ours is a sub class 139, skilled sponsored designated area. We are going to Perth, just trying to seel the flat. Will be going by June whatever happens.

It does seem to take ages, but you'll get these.

Good luck with your application, and feel free to ask any questions.

Take care Paul

Hey sandra, How long is a piece of string thats when we will be over...

Was sat in the garden on Sunday just John and I having a chat and we both said we still cannot picture us living in oz yet..
Brother has got his hopefully final appointment on Wed to pay Bond money etc, so visa will be soon be with us one hurdle crossed. So just have to sell the house Ha Ha...Estate agent recomends that we dropp the price to get someone interested. DON`T THINK SO !!!!!! Already dropped 25k. Do not forget we had the medicals done in August so looks like we have to be there by August if only to validate.. If we have medicals done again we can possibly get an extension. Once was bad enough for all 7 of us, so will not be repeating it. So keep fingers crossed for us.
