Forgive me for splitting hairs here, but isn't baking a process? Surely then, unprocessed bread is just flour, water and yeast ...

My wife makes us a fresh loaf every week using the No Knead method.
Just throws a few ingredients together, lets them sit then bakes.

Absolutely amazing.

Surely that should be wheat, water and yeast?

That is if they haven't gone the whole hog for drinking. In Birmingham Broad, Street late night is a sight almost out Dante's inferno. On the way back from the cinema I have had to negotiate vast teaming masses of people, totally inebriated out of all recognition.

this was from The Guardian .....I can vouch for this having been near Broad Street at 12 pm...avoid at all costs
What a bunch of poofs. Seven pints would not have got me pissed when I was eighteen.

****ing kids these days. No wonder Britain lost her Empire ...

Yeah, you're right.

Chemical free though. So no water, then. Or complex hydrocarbons, lipids, carbohydrates, proteins ...

You get the point.

of course they do but you don't get the anti social behaviour ....name a city in US where you see Teens puking, xxxxing and more in public??.....it doesn't happen in US as police & culture don't tolerate it.....I know where I would rather have my daughter go out....

Go to Magalluf, Mallorca ( or any tourist resort or City in UK) ...Its mainly 95% Brits out of control... I worked there when I was a teenager and what went on was unbelievable ...mainly brits...no respect for themselves...its our culture unfortunately

I would sooner my daughter went drinking in a town center where she could easily get a cab home. Rather than getting into a car with someone who was pissed.

of course you wouldn't want her to get in drunk's car....different point.

The media aren't making this up. My eye's and experiences are not seeing things. Most of the EU think we are a bunch of piss heads.....the Spanish laugh at us....As stated again and again it doesn't happen in US as the culture and more importantly the Police don't allow it...say F off to a police officer in UK....no massive deal..say that to a US Police officer....ummmm

Hmmmm, I wonder which term was coined first, "Girls gone wild" or "ladette"?

Bradford is a hole -- literally! They knocked down the existing stores and then tore out the city center, intending to totally redo it, then abandoned it with nothing but a massive hole in the center of town. They've been talking about the renovation for a decade plus. Leeds city center, on the other hand, is thriving, with shops, museums, art galleries, and a successful rejuvenation plan.
