Except for recruiting and student activities....honestly you have no idea and it is humorous to see you crap on it. Why do I bother?
Still, if even your assertion of it being "dormant" is true, the money it brings in more than makes up for it. This is the truth. American College football is big money. Same for basketball but not quite as much.

American Football here is predominately Broncos. As far as participation is concerned then the most you see is Football. Mind you there is Cricket and Rugby as well.

I do not have a malfunction unless having a slightly different opinion than you is the definition.
I find it uproariously funny you objected so to my light hearted posts. Frankly you are the one with the malfunction.
Show me where I have had bad manners? Disagreeing with your expat view is bad manners? And now, not only do you accuse me of not knowing the outside world, you accuse me of not knowing my own country.
What hubris, but expected from pompous supercilious British, I imagine.
Now, that is having bad manners...just showing the difference to you.
BTW, college football is huge in the US. Look at the stadiums and attendance compared to the NFL.
College stadiums dwarf them.
You are the one that needs to get out more.

Again, learn your environment and your audience.
Sigh.

Oh, well that's good then. It's not an actual idiot but rather just your garden variety sociopath. Yay!

Re: 10 Things Most Americans Don’t Know About America
secondly why are you telling him what is the most popular sport in america or what do americans like?
it is like him telling you cricket is the number one sport in the uk.
what he says about usc is somewhat true but not really relevant as no one here would call an american a usc. they only use this term because this is a site about visas and such. if he can't comprehend that well it is his problem.
thirdly he is your stereotypical anglo-saxon worshipping american which a lot of americans are.
going back to the subject can someone explain what did the author mean by brits and ozzie liking yanks?
