If you look at the Hifx charts you'll see that it was as low as $1.78 in 1993 and as high as $2.65 in 1999 - it isn't called the loonie for nothing and I have an awful feeling we might be sniffing...

Much of the land is forest, so some work required such as arboriculture but no major day to day grind.

We've factored in the cost of equipment required etc but the reality...
