Al Nafoora at Emirates Towers (licensed) is expensive and was good (not been for quite a while though).

Love Lebanese food, some in Beirut and Byblos are amazing - tend not to eat so much out...

We've been in this rented apartment about 6 years, never had to have an Ejari for any reason, never been requested etc.
