the top dog at Amlak was being interviewed on the radio this morning, when asked about the bubble bursting he said after a very long pause, not in the next two years, but after that yes,.

Hi, if I had the money I would buy a villa not an apartment, there are too many apartments available or coming up for availability soon. Some of the Jumeirah Beach Residence apartments have been up...

since putting this on here I have been told that it has only gone up 40,000 dhs and she bought it well over a year ago! so all the talk about 500,000 dhs etc was a load of crap!

they have had it up for sale for a year, no biters. I am saying nothing as I thought it was a stupid idea at the time, and they went on and on and on at us to buy one. Now nothing is mentioned!!!!

I wouldn't buy here anyway but it must be mega frustrating if you are buying to move into it yourself, I think that is the reason that the springs and meadows sell well as they are FINISHED and...

the top god knows how many floors won't be residential, infact they will be empty, it is just the height they are after. There will be a viewing level, won't get me up there though! nee chance.
