GB you know you can make clotted cream? It's a bit laborious which has put me off but my kids ask me whenever I make scones. I can live without it....

the different types of flour are marked type...

It isn't creme fraiche as in the stuff that's like sour cream. It's cream, tastes like cream, whips like cream.

Lidl....
has creme fraiche entiere 32% mat gras. It whips up beautifully like whipping cream in the UK. Chill first. It's the 32% fat that does it. Most are 30% or less in the french...

Some manufacturers may deliver direct to France.
I used to order Doves Farm stuff online (mostly their gluten free stuff) but their ready made foods are delicious and postage is/was ok.
