Before dinner appetiser. Rice crackers with new layered dip in countdown. Margherita....sundried tomato, basil pesto and cream cheese....yummy!

last night was day before pay day with $4 left in the bank and what appeared to be nothing to eat but random bits in the fridge...ended up with pasta bake consisting of leftover roast chicken, going...

last night - whole baked salmon from Nosh (at $10 a kilo couldn't resist) with new potatoes, carrots and green beans.

Shan;t be doing that again though - yummy - but what a faff deboning it!

really? Ok - well you can buy Hellmans in my local Countdown (Mt Eden) but its a bit on the pricey side. Heinz Mayo is a bit cheaper and nearly as good. Or I generally buy Edmonds whole egg mayo. ...
