They said sit tight and they’ll get back to me when they get feedback. The ADIA guy warned me that this would still be a very deliberate process so don’t get anxious. But I can’t help myself.

Where are you currently located? I have read the entire process took 6-9 months for some of them.

In the states. I’ve been told this could take up to a year. I’m about 6 months in.

But they should think the same way. I am sure that they are talking to multiple candidates for same roles that we applied for.

Free trip to AD and meeting with team would be nice.

I have no doubt that they view the fit with AD as crucial and the visit as probably the most important part of the process. The majority of the conversations I've had with the ADIA people has been about a move. I just hope I don't get cut before that round. I'm pretty convinced that the job would be a good fit. Just need to know more about the rest.

Yep AD and culture fit is a big deal for them. I think they invite final two candidates to AD and after that it's just a coin toss.
