1) P3 to P4 is hard.. unlikely to happen in less than 3 years.
2) P3 bonus range is say 20-50%; P4 range is 40-90%
3) Offers P3 maxs at 60K basic... P4 max at 90-100K
4) No website...

Bottom line if you join as a P3; you will likely stay there.. Total comp average for P3 is 1.5MM AED (including medical, schooling, etc.) P4 is 2.0MM

[Specialist is a P2 job title. Associate is a P1 one and then senior means a p1+ or p2+. ie senior specialist is p2+

base salary. 15-25 for P1; 22-35 for P2

Expat allowance i think like 3.5k a month
schooling 4k/month per child

Bonus
P1 10-25%
P2 18-35%

in reality they try and hire at salarymidpoints and below

assume your in the UK. they will take the tax off. so that's gives you like 70k. Times that by the exchange rate. 4.1 at the moment. add like 10% and that's your base so like 300k. divide by 12 and a base of like 26/27

make 10k a month on housing and that gives like 37k or 9k gbp a month.

CID check. takes about 3 weeks. checks your credit
criminal record and attests your degree

Cool so normal Uk DBS criminal record, university education - I have all original diplomas - undergrad and postgraduate- do they check all?
employers - do you check all history or just 5 years???
