Had no idea they had such variety of spam...lol

I've never liked it, I think my parents once or twice might have served it, but it wasn't a common or regular occurrence at our house, neither was canned ham in those big tins, not even sure if they make those anymore.

Not yet, but I've seen Christmas chocolates being sold @ Costco, Hallowe'en costumes there and even some neighbour on my street has put up some low key christmas lights.

Garlic spam? What next? Organic, shade grown, artisinal, fair trade spam?

Not yet, stores haven't even started to up the stock levels of them yet from what I can tell.

I always forget about Thanksgiving, seems odd to me to do it in October...lol

May go lower in price in October. I'm waiting for $0.79 - $0.88/Ib price either at Walmart or Food Basics

The half pork loin on sale at No Frills becomes 4 little roasts (which can also become chops), and into the freezing compartment. They had 18 xl eggs for $3 as well so bought a couple of packs.

You seem to have cheaper food out your way.

For what that pork loin cost you, I can get 1 small roast for.

Egg nog is out, earliest I recall ever seeing it out, seems to come out earlier every year, no complaints from me, I love the stuff.
