Well I damn well will if you and your little band of **** buddies take over yet another thread with your childish comments. Just how old are you guys anyway, just hitting puberty by the looks of things.

Australia is now a safe haven, according to the Wall Street Journal.
http://blogs.wsj.com/dealjournalaust...fe-haven-rush/
The following sums it up:
"Strong demand for Australia’s high yielding, AAA rated bonds has helped drive the Australian dollar to historic highs against the U.S. dollar. It is also keeping the growth-sensitive currency well supported in a period of a global slowdown. Net debt is projected to peak at around 9.0% of national output–which the government says is less than a tenth of the average position of major economies–and Canberra plans to return a budget surplus in the 2012-2013 fiscal year."
Even news that inflation was 0% in the December quarter resulted in a rise in the "Ozzie Battler". Switzerland of the South I say.
I'm trying not to be smug (honest), but it's a losing battle.
Happy Australia Day folks

Why ? This is a forum full of people that have come here to live so why not be smug ? If others going to the UK are anything like us it doesn't matter one way or another, safe haven, risky it's all just money talk.

So we will tell the markets we will stick to our cuts, even though, we won't, we will then print some more cash to buy our own turds, sorry GILTS, and hope the pound falls further, so we can eventually export more cheap cars to the Euro zone....
Actually negative GDP ain't all that bad, it means the lack of growth in personal debt means we are taking on less debt, so getting richer....Thats how i would spin it if i were the BBC....

GDP contracts because December wasn't cold enough for the UK to use more gas and electricity.
So we will tell the markets we will stick to our cuts, even though, we won't, we will then print some more cash to buy our own turds, sorry GILTS, and hope the pound falls further, so we can eventually export more cheap cars to the Euro zone....
