Default Wedding Co-ordinator

Hi,

My sister has been offered a position as a wedding coordinator in the Cayman Islands (Grand Cayman). Her prospective employer has asked her what salary she would require; but she has absolutely no idea having never worked in that part of the World!

She would be coordinating weddings and functions at a 400 head restaurant and would be completely self funding paying for her own accommodation, food and travel etc. No sick or holiday (which I assume is normal...).

Can anyone advise what sort of salary she should be asking for or offer any advice on how she could find out i.e. - links for recruitment companies etc.
