Modl And Non Modl
I was reading on the sites about processing times for modl and non modl what is the differance. My partner is an hairdresser what does this come under and how should this influence the processing times

MODL is Migration Occupations In Demand List, anything on this gets priority processing over non - MODL occupations.
Hairdressers are on the list so you are looking at around 5 - 9 months for the visa. Non- MODL take around 9 - 12 months

Get a decent mirgration solicitor. Mine only cost around 800 pounds and they know exactly what is required Saves all the headache. Good luck.
