I heard a rumour that Hawaii are crying out for good managers. Does anybody know if this is true?

I have a Secretarial background and have been in Management for the last 3.5 years. I would love to move to Hawaii (am also looking at Oz). Is it worth papering Hawaii with my C.V. would preferably like a permanent visa.

Any ideas received gratefully.

Well that would tend to rule out USA, generally speaking you need a degree and then wait, next batch of H1B's will not be released until 1.10.05.

And then you would need your employer to sponsor you for a greencard.
