We want to emigrate to Australia from the UK

Can anyone help? See Residential Care Worker is on SOL list. Does anyone know what qualifications and experience are needed?
I am also an NVQ assessor for care, I know Australia have AQF( Certificates1, 2 and so on).I think they are also work based assessed so would need assessors. Does anyone know what qualifications they need or if having an A1 Award here in the UK helps( any conversion?)

Have a sister in Regional area who would sponser us so no need for point system.
I have heard care workers from UK can be sponsered to work in Australia, is this true?
