Young family emigrating
Hi all,
New to the forum (though have been noseying about )
My wife and I are currently interested in moving to australia with our 1 year old child.
Just interested to see if many of you guys out there have moved to australia or Canada with a child of one and if so how did you find it and were you able to get an area that fitted most of your needs ok without near bankruptcy lol?

Welcome to BE.
No idea about Oz, but certainly lots on the Canada forums have moved with small children and without bankrupting themselves! Emigration isn't cheap (as a rough idea, most families seem to spend around £25k on a move to Canada), but hopefully wouldn't bankrupt anybody!
Best of luck with your deliberations, maybe see you in the Canada forums if you decide on there.
