A New Member From Nigeria
Hello!!!
I am new here. I found this forum at the right time searching for answer to my traveling questions. I am planning on leaving my country to further my education in either Canada or US, and then stay there to work in my chosen field. I will be clear with my point when I need help. Looking forward to your suggestions, recommendations, and even rebuke.
Thanks.

You will find the US Student Visa (F-1) is not for intended immigration. While it may lead to employers seeking you out for employment, the employer must be willing to get the appropriate work visa for you. Also as a foreign student, you will be asked to show that you can finance your schooling and cost of living before an F-1 is granted.
