Hi There
Hello all...
I am a proudly South African single mum of 2, currently living in the UK on an Ancestral Visa. I went from enjoying sunshine and happiness about a year and a half ago, to enjoying rain and cold and nights in lol.
but seriously, I'm very blessed to have been able to make the move from SA to UK with my kids and my 2 dogs, it took me a good 3 years to get it right but here we are. I work as a finance assistant and have started studying again too.
I went from the Hussle and bustle of city life in SA and working 45 hours a week, to enjoying walks in the woods, picnics in the parks and so much more and only working 35 hours a week. With that being said, I am also not in a place to have even started saving for ILR for myself and the kids but we have been informed of another option, and that's how I found this site.
Looking forward to being to discuss and understand what the options for myself and my children might be with the help of all you lovely people
have a wonderful day
