hello there, happy to be here.
I am a Canadian woman and live in Canada at present. I have lived in the UK in the past and hope to return. My situation is complex but I have been reading about Section 4L of the British Nationality Act and think I might be eligible for citizenship based on special circumstances. Is there a forum where I can post about it and hopefully find some suggestions/help. Thank you so much for allowing me to be part of this site.

Thank you so much. I found the Forum and started a thread. It will be nice to hear thoughts of others. My head is in danger of explodingg with all the stuff whirling 'round in it.
