Default Hello from Belgium

Hello everyone!

Apparetly I had already made an account seven years ago here, which feels quite nostalgic, but anyway...

I'm Vincent, 23 years old and live in Belgium. I should probably point out that I am not British but have a limitless predilection for the British people, culture and English language. (Please do not ban me for that as my admiration for the British knows no limits and I have a few questions regarding expats which I'll post soon.) I'd move to England straightaway if I could and feel much more British than Belgian.

I just finished a Master's degree in Translation English-Spanish-Dutch andh hope to become self-employed soon. Personal interests include British and international politics, watching films, listening to classical and film music and of course keeing up with current affairs in England's green and pleasant land. I would love to get to know more British people, so everyone is most welcome to PM me or contact me in other ways.

Vincent

Hi Vincent

Question? Are you using your old name or have you set up a new account. You only have two posts to your credit so I don't know what's what. If it is a new account, please contact BEVS and she will be able to hook you up to your old one.

As for you love of everything British, it is not a requirement to be a member of our forums. I'm not British and there are representatives of most nationalities here on BE. You don't even have to like marmite or fish and chips to be welcomed here.

Have a read, please, of the site rules which can be found on the masthead. That basically is the only requirement here. That you adhere to common decency and treat members with respect. Have a read of the different forums and join in when you think you might have something to add to an existing conversation or start one of your own.

Join you time with us.

Hello ReEse,

I think I made a mistake, the website just said 'last visited: august 2010' but I do not remember signing up or posting before, so this is probably a new account. I read the ruels as well.
