Heading to Florida, USA
Hi everyone!
Recently joined forum so this is by way of an introductory post.
Hopes are that within a year my family and I will be on our way to Florida, very excited. So the detailed fact finding process begins. Fortunately are not totally unsupported as we have a family member already domicileg in Florida however, he made the move some 15 or so years ago and did this via a work appointment. He’s now a fully fledged US citizen hence our way into the US is via a sibling visa. Our application process began around 12 years ago but now looks like is coming to fruition as we appear to be moving up the list.
For now would be interested to understand a differing perspective than that of family already in Florida and then follow this up with more detailed questions to the community as we go forward.
Very much looking forward to your responses, positive and negative.

Please be aware that the sibling and family visas are well in Trumps sights for being dropped.

yes, am aware of potential issues with family visa...let’s wait and see how that goes.

I do hope you are not the attorneys for OJ Simpson (the original dream team). Please ask your questions at the USA forum and make use the wiki guide located on the blue bar above. There is a good deal of information there on moving to the US and getting driver licenses, registering cars, etc.
