Brit looking to move to SD
Hi,
Just a quick hello.
I'm going to the states and getting engaged to my girlfriend in Sth Dakota at christmas and hope you guys can then give some valuable guidance on how to gain residency there for us to marry.
I know there's the Fiance or Spouses visa but don't know which to go for.
Would we be better off getting married first and then applying for a spouses visa or is the fiances visa the way to go.
