Eva has entered the building!
Hellooooo,
Well, I've just signed up for this thinking it would be a prime opportunity to meet some people in the same situation as I am.
I am Eva and I have just moved from Scotland (woohoo!) to Kansas, USA with my husband of 1 1/2 years, Andy and our cat, India. I have been here for 6 weeks now and so far, all is going relatively well except that we haven't found work yet. But never mind, I am optimistic that something good is coming, I can feel it in my water
So I'd like to say hi to everyone on here and hopefully, I'll get to know some of you soon!

Lol, I was wondering the same thing myself. I've heard Topeka of all places isn't exactly the cultural capital of the US. My hubby is from Kansas so we thought here first and then in a couple of years, California. It was more a decision so I could get to know his family and friends better rather than a conscious decision.
