Therefore all current content is UK to USA. I realise the page titles could make this clearer and I'm working on that! (Where's Sue when you need her...? ) Also, bear in mind I'm no techno whiz so it's taking me a while to figure everything out.

As for the specifics:

Flyover = Overpass (good spot. I'll change it)
Headphones (I'll add headphones for US too, to make it clearer)
Pan-handle (UK) is still hard-on (US), so I'll leave this until the USA to UK page is up
Washing Up = Dishes AND doing the dishes.

Hope it makes more sense now!
Sorry, I'm not trying to make it harder... but based on the OP this came off of, I thought it would be good to know the *inadvertent* meaning one might give off when using a UK term in the US.. so as to avoid embarrassing blunders like 'do you have a rubber?'.
In that case, I think it would be useful for a UK person to know what panhandle means in the US.. yes, the US 'usage' for the UK *meaning* would be hard on .. but do you see where I'm going?

and 'washing up'.. maybe I don't get it. The dishes are the things in my cupboard (see, I use cupboard.. mine aren't very fancy I guess ) and they are clean. The washing up is sitting in the sink waiting for me to do clean them.

But that makes me think of another one DH uses.. washing up bowl.
We use it for mopping the floors; he likes it better than the bucket.

And Fairy liquid.. I notice a lot of people use that as a name for dishwashing liquid (brand name thing), but we don't have that brand here.

You've got the "condom - rubber" thing listed in both ways, indicating that they should be interchangeable in the US/UK. I'm pretty sure that the translation only goes one way and not the other.

Rubber can mean condom in the UK ('rubber johnny' - haven't heard that phrase in years!).

Rubber = condom in the US.

Rubber also means eraser in the UK.

I don't think rubber can ever mean eraser in the US.

Miss! Avoiding the sweary filter! Misssss!

I think we say whoops a daisy here too. Sometimes I'm not sure what's from where because my Canadian mother confused me.

rebs: agree that rubber will never be eraser in the US.
