I refuse to use Outback on principle,they spent 100's of 1000's of dollars opposing a $1 increase in the minimum wage.

To be honest none of them are great -- not the truly national chains. Regional ones can be good.
If you want to bust your belt, there's a regional midwestern chain called The Machine Shed that is excellent.

When hubby's away I take the kids to either Chilis, Olive Garden or Applebees. I only take them to Applebees because they do a few Weightwatchers meals which aren't too bad.
I've only been to Denny's once and when my breakfast came it was floating around the plate on a sea of grease. Never, ever again.
