We have a Chicago (suburbs) native here who says it all the time - and it's common in PA where my wife is from too.

The Chicago and Philadelphia accents are quite similar. I'm not a fan of either though, to be honest.

It's strangely common in Belfast as well - 'Youse-uns'. That's the original Belfast, not the one in Maine.
